Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure Services
Sanametrix provided both program management and technical leadership for HUD OIG’s enterprise infrastructure. Our team included program managers, enterprise architects, system engineers, operations managers, and help desk technicians which helped to usher in a new era of technology for HUD OIG. Key projects included the establishment of a PMO, server virtualization, nationwide mobile device management (MDM), data center relocation, disaster recovery, and technology refresh.
HUD OIG was able to achieve considerable infrastructure performance and reliability improvements, as well as reduce their data center footprint by 30 percent. Our team implemented a centralized MDM security platform, provided additional visibility into their IT project portfolio, improved enterprise monitoring capability, and established comprehensive failover operations.
